The workshop addresses both philosophers and physicists and aims at encouraging discussions between researchers from both fields and between young and senior researchers. Indeterminism points both towards a property of the world and a property of scientific theories. These two understandings, which are not necessarily connected, show up in various philosophical, metaphysical and physical questions.
The PhD students members of a CUSO university have to register here.
If you would like to join us for the dinner on 16.11.2017 and/or for the lunch on 17.11.2017, please write to augustin.baas@unige.ch.
